Are there any supplements that help keep your muscles pumped throughout the day?
I already take supplements and eat right with plenty of water and antioxidants and fiber, but I was just curious if anything out there could make them stay pumped and hard longer. Thx!!
BSN makes a product called Nitrix .... you can get it at GNC or directly from BSN. It improves vascularity and gives you that pumped feeling all day. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and I'm making it a must have for my supplementation. I also highly recomended stacking it with thier other 2 products NO-Xplode and Cell Mass.

GNC vitamins, are they healthy?
hey i bought these pills from GNC and im curious about them
i took them and they turned my urine into a dark yellow color.
the sales guy recommended them
can you guys give me more info on these pills
if its bad for me i dont want to keep on taking them.

oh yeah im also taking protein shakes.
Not to worry - i take GNC multivitamins and when I take em my urine becomes flourescent yellow. this is due to the vitamin Bs and Cs... If u notice the box all the quantities are above 100% which means that any excess, the body will get rid of and you won't suffer toxicity if you take the recommended dose.
To gain weight u need to do protein shakes + weights.

taking centrium mens prostate and colon health vitamins and started peeing every hour.?
just started taking centrum prostate and colon health vitamins and now i'm peeing every hour. 31 years old and could usually go 3 to 4 hours before peeing. Any one every had this problem taking multivitamins?
It could be the amount of B vitamins in the product. That will sometimes have a diuretic effect and cause you to urinate more often. This should level out after taking the product for several weeks.

How does Vitamin C work as an Antioxidant ?
I made a little experiment..
Juiced an orange.. cut an apple in half and brushed some of the juice on one of the halves..
15 minutes later.. the exposed half turned almost caramel brown while the other was still white..
How did that happen ? and what's the relation Vitamin C has to Oxygen ?
let's make it simple: vitamin C's real name is Ascorbate (or ascorbic acid).
It is an acid derived from glucose (however: don't think we produce it in our body, because we can't!), and its formula reveals its function: it has 2 carbon atoms linked by a double bond and bound with an hydroxyl group (-OH). The hydroxyl group is the active part of the molecule, because it can drop the hydrogen atom: this reaction in chemistry is called oxidation. When oxidized, the molecule presents a single bond between the C atoms (Carbon 3 and 4) and a double bond between the 2 C atoms and an oxygen: this is called dihydroascorbate.
The Antioxidants are substances that oxidize in place of others(biological molecules) thus protecting them from the dangers of this process which destabilize their structure and their function.
