September 14, 2009, which is the day Dr. Mehmet Oz began his new TV show, The Dr. Oz Show, for the first time. After 5 years as a guest on Oprah and giving advice on everything from drinking green blob and came to live forever, now gives us the benefit of his wisdom, knowledge, experience and training on a daily basis with the Hall of Dr. Oz.

For those of you who wonder about who is Dr. Mehmet Oz is, here is a brief biography. Born June 11, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio. New Jersey is where he now calls home with his wife, a Reiki master, and 4 children. The education he received has given MD & MBA degrees. Dr. Oz is a professor of Cardiac Surgery at Columbia University and a surgeon at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is founder and president of HealthCorps, a charitable organization and the author of numerous books, articles and documents.

For my part, I'm excited for this new source of information and endeavor to keep abreast of interesting developments and views.

Here we go again. We still like the idea of postponing the inevitable Grim Reaper as long as possible. Here are some ways to combat easier aging to help have again been tested with scientific studies, so that we know work. Most of them are a simple addition or changes in your lifestyle. Thus, we see a little more of the smaller elements, all scientifically proven as we have said, which together will help you live live long, healthy, disease free!

1. Take a daily multivitamin
UC Berkeley researchers discovered this will help prevent DNA damage that causes various diseases. Do not always choose the cheapest. Liquid vitamins are absorbed much easier by the body. Consider supplementation with aloe vera (inhibits heart disease), green tea and black (inhibits prostate cancer), and mangosteen (inhibits the growth of leukemia cells). And do not forget that some simple 81 mg. aspirin for preventing stroke and heart disease. This is a battle we are, people ... all our lives ... a battle against the disease!

2. Remain calm

These small changes in your lifestyle and what it really can help. Seriously, have into account the 3 major changes that everyone should do: stop smoking, eat healthy and exercise. Do not be one of those people who have a heart attack at 47 ... or 59. Staying vigilant on anti-aging and enjoy his senior year. Do not waste the pain. Continue to learn what helps and what hinders the health of your body. Come on everyone to raise a fuss in our nineties ... and do we feel that we live so long!

There are many so-called anti aging diets out there today, and my advice do not listen, unless you are told to eat very healthy, exercise, and use of natural products for skin care.

If you are saying those things, then I agree with them completely, in this article you will learn all about anti-aging diets, and what foods to eat to look younger all my mates.

It is important that you stop eating all unhealthy foods, and use of all skin care products containing ingredients harmful, and chemicals.

If you only do that, goes a long way and will look best, those are just the cold hard facts, if you do this, you will be impressive, no doubt!

With all that said, here are 4 simple guidelines I use to keep my skin looking beautiful:

1. In water. I make sure and drink plenty of pure fresh water. I have a water filtration system in my house, if you do not have one, or do not want buy one, you can always buy bottled water quality. I make sure to drink about 2-3 liters a day.

2. Fruits. Fruits are very important phytonutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, and some minerals. They are what fuel your body with glucose, so you have energy, and get the glow that healthy young people.

3. Vegetables. Verdes give a large amount of vitamin K, minerals, and other important things that no fruit. Along fruit age and vegetables that you like there is no food available.

4. Berries. Cranberries, raspberries, blackberries and whatever, all the berries are full of antioxidants that fight free radicals. Free radicals are the guys that destroy skin and you're wrinkled and old.

Can eat as much food as above and you begin to notice a dramatic change in his eyes. So do not listen to all experts in anti-aging diet if you are not telling the truth like me.

Another thing that my skin has improved by leaps and bounds, was switching to a full natural product skincare, so you might want to do with it.

Currently I'm reading articles on medical research, anti-aging: the doctors, apparently many cutting-edge that has already been verified that the anti-aging medicine is possible, and I think it is reasonable to assume a "cure" for aging is very soon, maybe in ten or fifteen years. I initially found this rather frightening prospect of comfort. Why is this? What are your thoughts on the fight against aging?

I find it interesting that 3 of the 4 responses so far are nominally positive. However, when someone raises the question of whether he would like to be immortal, the responses are overwhelmingly negative. I have to disagree with Guru above. Despite what the cosmetics industry might say, anti-aging medicine is not only younger _looking_. This is _being_ younger. And not all do so for fear of aging and death. Some keep us out of a love of life and all it has to offer. Some people say we should accept aging and the grace of all the problems that go with it. I think that to be a defeatist attitude. Aging has its advantages, but nothing that can not be improved by having health and mental clarity of someone half his age. Also, sure anti-aging medicine is available only for the rich ... at first. Such were the computers, cars, and plane trips. But like all things, is only a matter of time before the price drops enough to be affordable for the masses. It has been estimated that the human body, while maintenance and repair could easily go on for 120 + years. With advanced biotechnology few decades on the road, who knows how long I could live these biological organisms? Even further down the road, carrying the mind could one day carry out our fragile and not living organisms and meat lasting almost indefinitely. A bad part of life expectancy is that dramatically advanced a bug in the social security system. I do not consider this a big problem however, because even if the average life is where it all now, it's only a matter of time before collapsing SS from the start was never sustainable indefinitely. For the growth of population, most of today and the future is / will be in third world countries. In most industrialized countries, pop. growth has stabilized and and in an increasing number of countries including Japan, Russia and Italy, populations are declining. It was for many decades, if not a century before radically from one increased longevity contributes significantly to the global population. And by then, we have (assuming no major wars or return to another theocratic Dark Age) a space-faring species the ability to spread out the world. Then a couple of books on the subject you might want The first is the biotechnology revolution coming, and some radical developments already under investigation. The second is more of an transhumanist, but the title speaks for itself.
