1. Take a daily multivitamin
UC Berkeley researchers discovered this will help prevent DNA damage that causes various diseases. Do not always choose the cheapest. Liquid vitamins are absorbed much easier by the body. Consider supplementation with aloe vera (inhibits heart disease), green tea and black (inhibits prostate cancer), and mangosteen (inhibits the growth of leukemia cells). And do not forget that some simple 81 mg. aspirin for preventing stroke and heart disease. This is a battle we are, people ... all our lives ... a battle against the disease!
2. Remain calm
I know ... this is not a small object. But it is Important! Everyone knows that the personalities of guy who frequently express anger are more than twice as likely to have a stroke than guys who control his temper. This is according to the journal Stroke. And control your temper, do not want to keep everything inside instead of expressing it. It requires a shift change when you stop taking everything so seriously and try to stay relaxed and calm, no matter what. So the man, be cool, be cool! If you can not take 1000-2000 mg. all fish oil day. Sea creatures that help their stress levels.
3. Take a nap
This comes from the natives in the blue areas. Every afternoon take a nap 30 minutes. It's just one of the things that make help many of them reach the mark of 100. Greek researchers say they may reduce mortality coronary artery by 37 percent. Why? Once again, reduces stress that can damage the heart. So the moral is ... not always lost when you snooze!
4. Live life in a smoke free zone
This is a truism. It is a fact ... people really do not have lung cancer by smoke second hand. It also raises your risk of diabetes by 40 percent - almost the same as does the snuff. But it is easier now. Many cities do not have laws on smoking in places public. The next time you enter the smoky bar, turn around and go to the bar down the street with a no smoking policy. But do not raise too ... Smokey others that there outside waiting for you!
5. Keep out of the toilet in a severe thunderstorm
Funny but true, the Meteorological Service National says that if lightning hits to 60 feet away from home, not only can you jump through telephone and power lines, but also work through pipe. And when you could be flying!
These small changes in your lifestyle and what it really can help. Seriously, have into account the 3 major changes that everyone should do: stop smoking, eat healthy and exercise. Do not be one of those people who have a heart attack at 47 ... or 59. Staying vigilant on anti-aging and enjoy his senior year. Do not waste the pain. Continue to learn what helps and what hinders the health of your body. Come on everyone to raise a fuss in our nineties ... and do we feel that we live so long!

Reversing the aging process is almost impossible. But with the advent of biotechnological advances, hormone replacement therapy for a younger body healthy and helps improve the lives of men in middle age and beyond.
Sex hormones see a steady decline with increasing age in the incidence and quantity for both sexes. To date, however, the reduction of sex hormones has been considered crucial for women only, making use to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for menopause, to help alleviate the dramatic symptoms of menopause such as osteoporosis, hot flashes, etc.
In distinctness, hormone replacement therapy (MHRT) for men has rarely been adopted for adjustment, older men. Current advocates of the proof that men are able to stay Trimmer, well built, happier, and manly, for a longer duration of time if they consume supplements to compensate for the testosterone that is lost as a result of aging.
The Testosterone replacement therapy has been tested in several groups, and its impact is very evident in an overall improvement in functionality and comfort. There has been inadequate scientific research long-term effects, and experts are concerned that hormone supplements can increase the risk of development of prostate cancer and cardiovascular disease.
The use of testosterone in older men, better perceived as male Hormone replacement therapy and, more specifically, androgen replacement therapy has captured the interest of the medical community and the laity in the last ten years or more. Although the information of the likely advantages and threats of male androgen replacement therapy is higher than before, there is much that needs to be discovered. Although there is considerable potential benefits of male Androgen Replacement and statistics on the irrefutable impact of replacement have accumulated, but so far there has been no large-scale trial of this therapy.
Being the head of the masculinizing hormone (androgens), testosterone stimulates growth and promotes bone and muscle development of male genitalia.
During the onset of puberty in young men in response to an indicator the hypothalamus of the brain, the pituitary gland produces specific cells in the testes to increase the amount of production of testosterone in the body. This rush to hormonal causes sexual desire and sperm production, induces acne, facial and pubic hair, and his voice cracks. Testosterone is produced by women as well, but not to the extent that occurs in men.
Grown men, the testicles create about seven milligrams of testosterone daily, with the normal production to be higher in the morning than later in the day.

Anti-Aging Medicine and is implications?
Currently I'm reading articles on medical research, anti-aging: the doctors, apparently many cutting-edge that has already been verified that the anti-aging medicine is possible, and I think it is reasonable to assume a "cure" for aging is very soon, maybe in ten or fifteen years. I initially found this rather frightening prospect of comfort. Why is this? What are your thoughts on the fight against aging?
I find it interesting that 3 of the 4 responses so far are nominally positive. However, when someone raises the question of whether he would like to be immortal, the responses are overwhelmingly negative. I have to disagree with Guru above. Despite what the cosmetics industry might say, anti-aging medicine is not only younger _looking_. This is _being_ younger. And not all do so for fear of aging and death. Some keep us out of a love of life and all it has to offer. Some people say we should accept aging and the grace of all the problems that go with it. I think that to be a defeatist attitude. Aging has its advantages, but nothing that can not be improved by having health and mental clarity of someone half his age. Also, sure anti-aging medicine is available only for the rich ... at first. Such were the computers, cars, and plane trips. But like all things, is only a matter of time before the price drops enough to be affordable for the masses. It has been estimated that the human body, while maintenance and repair could easily go on for 120 + years. With advanced biotechnology few decades on the road, who knows how long I could live these biological organisms? Even further down the road, carrying the mind could one day carry out our fragile and not living organisms and meat lasting almost indefinitely. A bad part of life expectancy is that dramatically advanced a bug in the social security system. I do not consider this a big problem however, because even if the average life is where it all now, it's only a matter of time before collapsing SS from the start was never sustainable indefinitely. For the growth of population, most of today and the future is / will be in third world countries. In most industrialized countries, pop. growth has stabilized and and in an increasing number of countries including Japan, Russia and Italy, populations are declining. It was for many decades, if not a century before radically from one increased longevity contributes significantly to the global population. And by then, we have (assuming no major wars or return to another theocratic Dark Age) a space-faring species the ability to spread out the world. Then a couple of books on the subject you might want The first is the biotechnology revolution coming, and some radical developments already under investigation. The second is more of an transhumanist, but the title speaks for itself.

What does "steric hindrance" really mean?
...especially in relation with phenolic compounds and their antioxidant activity..
Steric hindrance is pretty much just "bulkiness". I'd imagine phenolic compounds to be bulky because they have a ring shape as opposed to a methane, for instance.
As for antioxidant activity, I have no clue.
