Is Carlo Rossi Burgundy a RED Wine?Good Source of ANTIOXIDANTS?

I told my husband to get some red wine, and he brought home a bottle of burgundy. Is it considered a RED WINE? And is it a good source of Antioxidants?
I know, I know...one glass a day. Im not an alcohol drinker by the way, I dont like alcohol at all, but for some health benefits, I wil drink a little, maybe a small shot glass after dinner, thats it. I cant stand the taste. Is this too little?

Yes, it's a red wine and it's got antioxidants, but there are many better wines to make it a more "pleasant" experience when drinking it. Personally, I don't know how that stuff and stuff like Nighttrain, MD 20/20 and any Mogen David wine stays on the market.

If you want to try a good red that has antioxidants, try:

Castle Rock Pinot Noir (about $10)
Gnarly Head Zinfandel (About $9)
Columbia Crest Cabernet Sauvignon (about $9)

Good luck, but return the Rossi if it's unopened and exchange it for one that's drinkable.
