Anti-oxidents in vegetables.?
As anti-oxidents have proved to be the best way to protect against various diseases such as cancer and disability, such as macular degeneration, people should be aware that eating a more vegetarian-style diet could improve their welfare. All patients macular degeneration related to age are told by doctors to eat vegetables rich oxidents against. This is an area of food intake that he knew nothing until I have AMD. Now eat a vegetarian diet today and my health has improved. My Cholestrol has come right down below the acceptable level. I doubt the population general knows nothing of combat oxidents. Perhap `s the government should take this into account and educate people on better ways to eat. People eat what they want or like but treatment of choice. Ah, what wonderful answers! It is good for you are seeing what an important role food plays in our health. I'm still learning and could be real about these things every day. I think it is absolutely horrible than the government does more to promote good nutrition or hold accountable those that push unhealthy food to the public. Do any of these things is a disaster waiting to happen. Oh, wait, that's already happening. Would really enjoy the book, the study of China, I think. I try to eat dark berries a few times a week and I love, love, love steamed artichokes, it is assumed that the highest concentration of antioxidants in plants (according to the publicity, but I have not looked into it).
