Research suggests that healthy people can delay deterioration of brain function, taking twice the recommended daily dose of folate.
The scientists studied men and women aged 50-75, taking 800 mcg of folic acid daily for a period of three years. They found the group had much better on cognitive tests than peers who took the placebo. The supplement users also scored higher on memory tests as much as 5.5 years younger than their chronological age.
The study is the first to convincingly demonstrate folic acid can reduce cognitive decline and works theater a key role in anti-aging techniques for cognitive functioning. Since the study involved healthy older people and people with no Alzheimer's symptoms, not tell us whether folate might prevent the disease outside. This is an important question unanswered.
Previous studies suggest folate combined with other vitamins B can reduce levels of homocysteine, an amino acid believed to be one of the causes of the onset of Alzheimer's disease.

• Social stimulation helps prevent reduced cognitive function
• Physical activity: Having a bad memory has been linked to heart disease and diabetes due to blockage of the arteries that slow blood flow to the brain. The exercise is useful for all these functions.
• Experts recommend doing something mentally, physically and socially stimulating all at once. An example would be the baseball team coaching your child or take a dance class.
• A anti-aging heart healthy diet is also good for a healthy brain anti-aging.

Anti aging eye creams are fashionable today, because firms claim that they can make it look years younger, but what is truth?
In my experience, most of these companies can not support their statements. In 2005, L'Oréal had to withdraw an advertising campaign because they said their product can do things I could not, in simple terms, but they were lying.
The best anti aging eye creams do not come from the most popular brands, these brands tend to put more of their budget on advertising and marketing.
Do not put a lot of time, or at least not enough time in the development and creation of safe products, and that's what this article concerned, the teaching of what ingredients should look out.
These ingredients are too frequent in the anti aging creams almost all eyes, and I was really surprised that people pay money to put these things on your skin.
With all that said, here are the 4 ingredients that are used in almost all the products in skin care:
1. Parabens - These are used as preservatives. Parabens can cause cancer, interfere with the system endocrine your body, cause allergic reactions and even skin rashes.
2. Mineral oils - Examples are the products of paraffin and Vaseline. These artificial skin layer and block anything that comes out. This is not good for your skin because your skin needs to breathe. When you lock can develop acne and other skin disorders.
3. Fragrances - One might think that fragrances are harmless, but it would be wrong. Fragrances term can mean up to 4,000 separate chemicals and ingredients, most of which are highly toxic and even carcinogenic. They can cause depression, irritability, and even affect the central nervous system.
4. Dioxane - This is not even being used in anti aging eye creams, but the truth is that you can find in many products. It is known from the state of California to cause cancer, so you have to wonder, why do you want put that on your skin?
There are many more of these bad ingredients in anti aging eye creams, so we have to educate ourselves so we can learn how to avoid them.
I suggest you find the best natural anti aging creams the eye, and getting those. I myself use all-natural brand to date, and the results have been very good.
