Can I Crush Vitamin C Pills into my Face Cream to Make a Homemade Vitamin C Cream?
I have an organic face cream I use and I want vitamin C in it because I know that its a great antioxidant for your skin..I don't want to buy an already made vitamin C face cream because it has a lot of unnecessary chemicals (that's why I use organic)..can I just crush some vitamin C tablets into the cream?..would my skin absorb it? Thanks!
Go to a health store and you should be able to find vitamin C in a liquid form.
The Body Shop has a wonderful Vitamin C Time Release facial cream to wear at night that just makes my skin radiant! What are some healthy things I should buy from Trader Joe's?
I want to get healthier; there is a trader joe's next to my work and I want to know what are the best things to buy there.
what are the best bars to get there - for a quick lunch or breakfast.
do they have antioxidants?
do they have that bread that has all the nutrients in it? The one UFC champion Sean Sherk eats?
Basically, what are the best things i should buy at trader joe's to change my diet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I'm not sure what region you live in; TJ's products differ depending on what part of the US you're in, but I'll give you a few employee picks from the SoCal stores:
For bars, Greens+ are really nice, but pricey. If you'd like something cheaper, but still good for you and without high fructose corn syrup or any of that junk try Clif or Promax bars. Stay far away from those Tiger's Milk ones; they are full of crap ingredients like partially hydrogenated oils.
For antioxidants, you could pick up one of the 16 oz Mango & Antioxidant smoothies from the dairy box... they're cheaper than the ones in most other stores and are made by a company whose name is kind of like the word 'nude'. (I am obviously not allowed to tell you who.) Or you could buy some of the organic mixed fruit spread, made with currants and acai fruit. It's pretty tasty on toast. There's also 100% juices like aronia, blueberry, and pomegranate, which are also high in antioxidants. Just make sure you dilute them a little, as they're really strong. Try some sparkling water or something.
I have no idea what bread this is that you talk about.
For healthy meal choices, your best bet would be to head down there on a day that you have a little free time to spend in TJ's, and explain your needs to one of the crew. People do this to me all the time and I'm glad to help. It's what we do, you know. 
We eat the food too, and product knowledge is part of our job.

Best Anti Aging Pills

An anti-aging pill may take many forms, can come in the form of a supplement of collagen and elastin, which does not work at all, or may be a plain age of natural vitamin and mineral supplement, which is great for most people.
Many anti-aging pills have not been scientifically proven, so in most cases are nothing more than to say that this will make you look good, but when you really look at it, no real evidence that it works. So if you're looking for a magic anti-aging pill that will make you look younger, think again. I've been there and done that. I just end up wasting my money.
But once you know what to do, my skin really start to look good, I knew I did not really need any anti-aging pill help me look beautiful. My secret is that I use 100% natural products skin care, and those who actually use have proven to be fast and efficient for me, I hope years younger.
Taking care of the skin with natural products skin care is the best way in my opinion, and is better than taking a pill against aging. I'm not saying you should not take a multivitamin, not all those who are great, but what I'm saying is if you're looking for a pill to cut years off your age, do not go there!
In my opinion, you save more money and look better in the long run if you miss products for skin care products that contain harmful chemicals and ingredients (most of them!), and start looking for natural alternatives. Many believe that the attention of the most popular brands of skin are the best, but that's not necessarily so, because if you think about it, these big companies much popular of its budget on advertising.
That means you can spend less money on creating a better product for skin care. So that's why we have begun to look for companies that make almost all their money on making better product. When you find a company like this, look at his philosophy of customer service, warranty return the money, and the ingredients they use. Make sure you use only the purest, high quality ingredients, because it will make a big difference in your skin.
