What are some healthy foods with antioxidants?
Among the fruits, vegetables and nuts analyzed, each food was measured for antioxidant concentration as well as antioxidant capacity per serving size. Cranberries, blueberries, and blackberries ranked highest among the fruits studied. Beans, artichokes and Russet potatoes were tops among the vegetables. Pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts ranked highest in the nut category.
Although spices are generally consumed in small amounts, many are high in antioxidants. On the basis of antioxidant concentration, ground cloves, ground cinnamon and oregano were the highest among the spices studied.

which antioxidant would you choose?
250 mg pomegranate extract
5 mg lycopene
100 mg grape seed extract
or 1000mg bilberry extract
and of course, how come?
I would choose any antioxidant in liquid form because the absorption rate is so much higher. If you could take any of these is liquid form that would be your best option. If not, here is another possibility.

Does adding cream in coffee kill the antioxidants?
I read coffee can have positive health affects on people who drink it. But I came across an article below that says adding milk to your coffee kills the antioxidants (which have the health benefits). Now does anyone know if adding non-dairy creamer would have the same affect on the antioxidants?

That is a new one on me. I would love to see the research on it.
However, milk or cream does really change the flavor of coffee. I maintain that good coffee (high quality beans, fresh roasted, properly brewed) doesn't need milk or sugar. Additives mask both the tastes that are unique to varietal beans, origins, and the roasting method.
So, be safe and skip the milk! Better flavor and maybe better health!
