Anti Aging Supplements For Skin

Health benefits of silica and fish oil supplements?

My friend recommended silica and cod liver oil supplements to help clear up my complexion, and make my skin more even toned (I always do natural treatments, never chemical filled goop from the drugstore). I have never had acne before (I'm 20), but all of a sudden, it's come up for no reason, and I'd like for it to quickly go away.

But anyways, while researching on the internet, I found that silica and cod liver oil have other health benefits too, like anti-aging properties and help with concentration. Does anyone have any personal experiences with other benefits from either of the supplement they'd like to share? Also, about how long until I start noticing a difference (I know it won't happen overnight, but I've heard of supplements working within weeks, and others that take months)????

Fish oils do have some health benefits. They are rich in Omega fatty acids. Useful when taken internally only though.

But silica? You do know that's sand, don't you?
