Am i wasting my time with these vitamins? best answer 10 points?
I take One A Day Womens Multi vitamin/ multi mineral supplement
i take it every day once (obviously) are these good vitamins? or am i just wasting my money and time if i'm concerned mostly about good skin, hair, and anti-aging? if these aren't good what would be my best most affect vitamin for my needs? thanks!

I don't know how good they are in terms of anti-aging, but most multi vitamins are great for the skin and more importantly, for your overall health. Most diets do not include all the vitamins and minerals your body needs on a daily basis. Every doctor I've ever known has always recommended a good one-a-day multi supplement for overall good health.
Continue to take your One A Day's, but don't expect miracles. One pill can't be responsible for replacing a healthy diet, and lifestyle.
