		<description>I would add that diet is HUGE. Lots of vegetables and salads especially! They give you lots of antioxidants that keep you young from the inside out. Omega 3 fats are great--I eat a lot of wild salmon and take mercury-free fish or krill oil capsules. But what you DON&#039;T eat is also important. I keep sugary stuff and processed carbs to a bare minimum.

As for exercise, I&#039;d step up that recommendation. 3 x a week for 30 minutes is perhaps a minimum. I believe that, at age (almost) 55, my years of working out have contributed to better skin tone on my body, and fewer wrinkles on my face. Exercising improves your circulation, bringing nutrient rich blood to your skin!</description>
