Do you drink coffee? Are you addicted to caffeine?

I personally love coffee! It's delicious and an excellent source of antioxidants.
I'm addicted to it I must say.
I drink three cups a day, that isn't too much, is it?
But anyway, who else can't live without coffee?

Well, I'm not addicted to the caffeine (yet?) but I am addicted to the taste. I drink mostly decaf to avoid getting hooked, but also so I can drink it until I'm ready for bed if the mood strikes.

I discovered good coffee years ago & promptly started to roast my own. I now have 7 ways to make it & am always looking for a new flavor. I just ordered some Jamaican Blue Mountain & can't wait to try it.

Three cups a day isn't bad. I know many who say they are addicted that drink twice that easily. In fact, I'll drink more than that before noon on many Saturdays.
