Research suggests that healthy people can delay deterioration of brain function, taking twice the recommended daily dose of folate.
The scientists studied men and women aged 50-75, taking 800 mcg of folic acid daily for a period of three years. They found the group had much better on cognitive tests than peers who took the placebo. The supplement users also scored higher on memory tests as much as 5.5 years younger than their chronological age.
The study is the first to convincingly demonstrate folic acid can reduce cognitive decline and works theater a key role in anti-aging techniques for cognitive functioning. Since the study involved healthy older people and people with no Alzheimer's symptoms, not tell us whether folate might prevent the disease outside. This is an important question unanswered.

• Experts recommend doing something mentally, physically and socially stimulating all at once. An example would be the baseball team coaching your child or take a dance class.
• A anti-aging heart healthy diet is also good for a healthy brain anti-aging.

Am i wasting my time with these vitamins? best answer 10 points?
I take One A Day Womens Multi vitamin/ multi mineral supplement
i take it every day once (obviously) are these good vitamins? or am i just wasting my money and time if i'm concerned mostly about good skin, hair, and anti-aging? if these aren't good what would be my best most affect vitamin for my needs? thanks!

I don't know how good they are in terms of anti-aging, but most multi vitamins are great for the skin and more importantly, for your overall health. Continue to take your One A Day's, but don't expect miracles. One pill can't be responsible for replacing a healthy diet, and lifestyle.
